Hailing from Memphis, USA he’s been aptly named “the Beale Street Blues Bopper” for good reason, having played alongside many a blues legend stateside. In 2010 both Victor & his mentor Louisiana Red stole the American Blues Awards with their multi-award winning album ‘Back to the Black Bayou’ .
